Press Release
A press release is a way to inform the media of newsworthy information and in this case, the football safety webinar.

This flyer was used to help promote the Youth Football Safety Webinar to parents of Central Vermont. It was included in the press release sent to local media and given to local influencers to promote on their social media.

Social Media
The Vermont Ravens created an event page for the webinar, which players on the team shared. Several local businesses and respected community members also promoted the webinar on social media. This helped promote the webinar to the community.
School Flyer
This flyer was created for the Central Vermont College Fair and was sent to every high school in Vermont to be posted up for students to see. Students were to use the flyer to register for the event using the QR code. The flyer complied with the institution's brand guidelines, which were updated after this event.
Infographic
This infographic was used to report on the feedback collected from the 70+ institutions that attended the Central Vermont College Fair.
Final Product- Football Safety Webinar
The Football Safety Webinar teaches families what they should look for in a program to see if they take safety seriously. This webinar was designed for families with children who want to play but may be nervous about the safety aspect of football. The presentation reviews what players should wear, how programs can prepare for safety, and how football can be played safely. Each piece of equipment players should wear is checked, and what programs can do to ensure the equipment is safe through inspection and reconditioning. The Heads Up program by USA Football is also reviewed in detail to show what coaches learn from this program. USA Football provides some videos to show how to tackle and safely block.
